First Chancellor Search Committee meeting now set for Oct. 8

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill chancellor search committee will hold its first meeting on Monday, Oct. 8, at the Paul J. Rizzo Conference Center.

The meeting will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Lowdermilk Hall, Magnolia Room C. Lowdermilk Hall is part of the Rizzo Center, located at 150 DuBose Home Lane in Chapel Hill.

The first meeting date previously had been scheduled for Friday, Oct. 5.

UNC President Tom Ross will give the search committee its charge at the first meeting.
